If you decide that you would like to get a caiman or other animal contact us to ensure we receive the following:

1 - Send us a copy of your drivers license (for proof of age of majority).

2 - Send us your mailing address (so we know where to ship it to).

3 - Send us a money order for the amount we've agreed on.

4 - Send us the completed liability waiver found below (including all initials and signatures requested):

AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Voluntary Participation
1. I am at least 18 years of age and am freely and voluntarily choosing to purchase this animal from The Caiman Hunters. I understand that owning this animal involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, the possibility of being bitten or hit by a tail or other dangerous situations.

Assumption of Risk
2. I AM AWARE THAT OWNING THIS ANIMAL IS CONSIDERED EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PURCHASE AND OWNERSHIP OF THE ANIMAL WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED, AND I ACCEPT AND I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL RISKS OF DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. I VERIFY THIS STATEMENT BY PLACING MY INITIALS HERE: ________.

Release
3. As consideration for being permitted to receive this animal, I agree that neither I nor anyone through me or on my behalf will make any claim against or sue Ruby's Reptile Rescue, Bam, Terri, Shane, Krista (hereafter referred to as The Caiman Hunters) or anyone affiliated with The Caiman Hunters or Ruby's Reptile Rescue, including, but not limited to, their friends, associates, guests, agents, employees, employers, volunteers, owners, lessors or suppliers of the premises, and the owners, lessors or suppliers of any equipment used in connection with the purchase or maintenance of the animal, for any injury or damage suffered by me at any time during my association with them, or the animal or as a result of my participation in any activities relating to the animal, and I hereby release, waive and forever discharge them, their heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, actions or rights of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, arising from, or by reason of, my attendance with, or participation in, activities involving the animal. Indemnity and Hold Harmless
4. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruby's Reptile Rescue, Bam, Shane, Terri, Krista and The Caiman Hunters and all those individuals and entities described in paragraph 3 above, from any loss, liability, injury, damage or cost that they may occur or that they may incur due to my participation or ownership of the animal I purchase, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise. Knowing and Voluntary Execution
5. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND THE CAIMAN HUNTERS AND THAT I AM GIVING UP MANY LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES BY SIGNING IT. Initials ______.

Shipping Release.
6. Upon signing this form I no longer hold any of the above mentioned people responsible for the life, health or well being of this animal and I further understand that once The Caiman Hunters have decided to sell me this animal they cannot and will not be responsible for its life, health or well being either in transport, shipping or handling from their location to mine, or at any time in between or after.

Local Laws.
7. Certain federal, state, city and local jurisdictions prevent the ownership of exotic or dangerous animals.  I have reviewed the laws that govern me and my area and am aware that the purchase, possession and ownership of this animal falls directly with me and no responsibility lies with any of the above mentioned individuals including, but not limited to, Ruby's Reptile Rescue, Bam, Terri, Shane, Krista or Caiman Hunters, in selling me this animal, my purchasing of this animal, my possession of this animal or my ownership and keeping of this animal.  Initials _______.
